Santander will never send you an email asking you to enter or verify your Online Banking or personal details. When you log into Online Banking always check you see your chosen image and phrase so you know you are logging into the genuine Santander Online Banking website. If you receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your Online Banking log on, card or personal details, please do not reply as it will be fraudulent. We would be grateful if you could forward any suspicious emails to phishing@santander.co.uk. We will investigate every report, but will not be able to guarantee a response to each email forwarded.
